Description
The body uses four main systems to excrete
waste materials
1) the liver and intestinal tract
2) the kidneys
3) the lungs
4) the skin
It is easy to forget that the skin can be
used to help detoxify the body and speed the removal of metabolic waste. Cancer
breakdown products and other metabolic debris tends to accumulate rapidly.
Patients often develop all kinds of skin eruptions and blemishes. These
conditions can be worrisome, but should be viewed as a sign that your body is
doing battle with the invaders. It is also your bodys message that you
can help.
Dr. Kelley developed the following
procedure over thirty years ago to stimulate waste release through the skin. A
toxic cancer patient would be well advised to use it on a weekly basis during
and for two weeks following treatment.
Once a week, rub your skin from head to
toe with a mixture of equal parts of olive and castor oils. Castor oil is
available at any pharmacy. Then, with the oil still on the skin, soak in a hot
bath for 15 minutes. (Be careful getting in and out of the bathtub the
oil will make you slippery!) The bath allows the oil to penetrate to the
deepest levels of the skin.
After the bath, go to bed under heavy
covers for one hour to sweat out the poisons. The perfect time for an afternoon
nap.
Finally, take a hot shower to remove all
of the oil. Using a loofah sponge or shower puff is invigorating and helps to
remove skin debris.

Routines
Salt & Soda Baths During
periods of intese toxicity, a warm bath with baking soda and salt can greatly
help to mobilize toxins out of the body through the skin. In a fairly warm
bath, add one cup of baking soda and one cup of table or sea salt. Soak in the
bath for 2030 minutes. The bath should be repeated daily until symptoms
diminish.
Mustard Foot Soaks This routine can
be helpful for toxic headaches, generalized toxicity symptoms, muscle aches and
pains, and water retention in the ankles or other parts of the body.
Castor Oil Compresses This is an
old Edgar Cayce remedy. The compresses are particularly useful when applied to
areas of pain where tumors might be breaking down. Soak a washcloth or similar
cloth in castor oil which has been slightly warmed in a pan. Be careful not to
overheat the oil. Apply the cloth to tumors, areas of pain, and areas of in
ammation. Keep the compress in place for 2030 minutes. The castor oil
poultices are not harmful and can be used as often as relief is needed.
