If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with Your purchase, please call Us on the number listed on this website 1-888-880-0506 / springboard.orders@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt of Your first order/shipment and We will offer you a refund (less shipping and handling). Ordinarily, We only accept returns of Your first shipment. Your Customer Service Associate will provide all necessary details to process your refund including the return address.

BILLING ERRORS:

If We do not hear from you within 30 days after such billing error first appears on any account statement, the billing will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by Your credit card issuer.
